I'm off to a fun filled day...NOT...at the hospital!!! JM's Little Sis was admitted yesterday, apparently she has so many gall stones that they are going to remove her gall bladder this morning...soooooo, I've taken some Excederine Migraine, grabbing my iPad and heading out to be one of the wandering waiters roaming the hospital for the day. Mmmmm, wonder what culinary delights they have in the cafeteria??? Have a great Saturday!

I feel your pain. I have spent many a day, week, month roaming hospital corridors feeling claustrophobic and bored bored bored!
Hope Little Sis is ok, take care X
big hugs. Hope she is better soon
at least you remembered the important stuff, ipad, heaache stuff.
Good luck finding actual food in the hospital cafeteria! Ours is terrible and ontop of that it's being renovated right now so half of it is shut down! :(
I hope all goes well with the gall bladder surgery. What a good Dad! I spent so many years in hospitals with my husbands heart disease and then with his Hep C surgeries and procedures. At one time I was known by name by all the nurses in the cardiac unit in CT. That should tell you something. So it can be boring but with an iPad you should be all set.
Bummer! I developed gallstones a month after having my first daughter, so I had a c-section in January, then gallbladder removal in March. The next month I discovered I was pregnant AGAIN and had another c-section in December! Before that I had never had surgery or a stay in the hospital - then three surgeries in one year. That stunk.
Hope she recovers quickly!
Not a fun way to spend the day for sure but at least you are going well prepared. May little sis get well soon. Big hugs!
